I spend my time helping people build new things and thinking about the systems around them.

Over the last 15+ years, that’s included founding the tech company 10to8 and, as CEO and Chair, growing it into a global SaaS business through to a successful exit, investing in early-stage startups, and working with founders, investors and institutions where something new is being done.

Today I support and advise companies across fintech, biotech, AI and software, and serve on the boards of several businesses in those sectors. I’m interested in helping people think for themselves, sharing what I’ve learned from entrepreneurship, learning constantly about new tech and markets, and what helps good companies scale - and what gets in their way.
